The Beach House is a wonderful home situated on the sandy shores of Lake Erie. It's 90 minutes from Toronto, Ontario, 30 minutes from Niagara Falls, Ontario, and 35 minutes from the Peace Bridge, USA. Recently renovated the house is perfect for family get togethers, youth retreats or a getaway destination. This home has six bedrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen and two full bathrooms. The bedrooms contain four double beds, one queen bed and one twin bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa and plenty of room for air mattresses for additional guests. Inside you'll enjoy beautiful hardwood floors and the natural light that surrounds the home.
The Beach House has a spacious yard that can accommodate a camper and boat trailers. There is plenty of off-steet parking. There is a private sandy beach & a rocky shoreline that has mooring possibilities for the boat enthusiast. There is a propane barbeqe grill and a outdoor fireplace that's great for charcoal fires and outdoor cooking. The Beach House offers quiet enjoyment with the opportunity for swimming, snorkeling, boating, canoeing, fishing, ship watching and building sand castles all within steps of the house. It is located in a wonderful, safe, residential neighborhood with a private sandy beach.
The Beach House is available for weekend, holiday or weekly rentals. The nearby town of Port Colborne offers restaurants on the canal, shopping, antique shops and art galleries. There's a marina five (5) minutes away from the Beach House that has a public boat ramp. Local golf courses, a public park, walking and biking trails along the canal and a community beach are all nearby.
The rental comes with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, utensils, dishes, glasses, toaster, pots and pans. There are laundry and storage facilities within the house. Television with antenna reception and DVD player. The are a dozen Adirondack lounge chairs for the yard and beach. The outdoor fireplace is a great place to enjoy a charcoal bonfire, kick back and enjoy a cold drink.
There are No Black Flies in this neighborhood. :)
No Pets allowed, and Smoking is permitted outside only.
Linens are available by request for an additional charge of $15 / person.
A Sercurity/Reservation Deposit of $300 is required to reserve the desired vacation dates. CA Dollars or US Dollars are accepted for deposit only and are due at the same time a signed rental agreement is submitted.
The Rental Fee is due 90 days prior to the rental dates.
Holiday Rates: $1,200/week, Weekends: $800- Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, March Break and Easter
2020 - Spring & Summer Season Weekly rates are for Wednesday to Wednesday weekly rentals starting May 6th, 2020
May 6th - May 27th: $1,100/wk May Weekends (2 or 3 nights): $700/weekend
May 27th - June 26th: $1,500/wk June Weekends until June 24th, (2, 3 or 4 nights) = $1,200
Summer Rates from June 24th to September 2nd are in USD.
June 4th - September 2nd: $3,000/wk USD Summer Weekends: $2,400 USD and may be 2, 3 or 4 nights.
September 2nd - September 9th: $2,200/wk USD, includes Labor Day weekend. Labor Day weekend only (2, 3 or 4 nights): $1,500 USD
September 9th - September 30th: $1,500/wk September weekends after the 9th (2,3 or 4 nights): $800/weekend.
September 30th - December 16th: $600/weekend, Weekly: $1,000.
December 16th - Jan 3rd: $800/weekend, Weekly $1,200.
Additional guests beyond 12 are welcome but not to exceed 20. There's and additional charge for these guests for $10/person for weekend rentals and $20/person for week long rentals.
